The programme is prepared for management members of companies who implement or implemented Lean. The training brings Lean basics and through practical exercises and playing the participants will learn how to narrow the process, what are the Lean tools etc. The objective is to understand Lean in such extent to be able to pass over the information further on participants' subordinates.
