At DMC, we have been working with first-line leaders, foremen and teamleaders in operation for more than 20 years. Tailor-made programs help them fill gaps in their management skills and develop good leadership habits.
The Academy will provide participants with an overview of the basic areas of responsibility of the master. Between the modules, participants will have the opportunity to apply their newly acquired knowledge in practice. At the next training is to evaluate together and share your experience with others.
