Bringing Up Masters in Bohemia

WHAT is Bringing Up Masters in Bohemia?

Comprehensive training programme with the objective of preparing the paricipants sufficiently for their role of  "team leader". It often happens that people who grew from a blue-collar to a head position do not have sufficient abilities and skills for leading people. They become masters, team leaders, group leaders, supervisors. They have practical experience from the production, technical skills but no one taught them how to manage their subordinates.

We build on wide experience from production companies of various branches that confirm that these people do not want to listen to long "dry theories". Therefore we run our sessions in the form of experience method. The programme is a combination of theoretical training and practical part consisting of interactive communication games and activities allowing interface of theoretical findings and practical experience. The practical part furthermore results in effective improvement of relationships and communication within the team. The approach is very similar to well known TWI (Training Within Industry) method utilising cross connection of training and production.
